SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Insured Shipping & Handling (Orders under €35): €4.95
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days.

• Free Express Shipping (Orders €35 and up): FREE
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.

*Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier constraints, customs processing, or international logistics variables.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your delivery journey directly via our automated tracking portal on our website.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. DAMAGES & LOSS LIABILITY
We wrap and protect every order with premium insured packaging. If you receive your order damaged, or if the carrier loses your package in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@yourdomain.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and our operations department will handle the resolution or replacement for you.
